Job Description:

  • Developing, optimizing, and executing automated email programs including prospect journey programs and all client email programs, through testing and personalization. Monitor and minimize unsubscribe/bounce/complaint rates and ensure spam regulation compliance (e.g. CAN-SPAM).
  • Partnering with marketing peers to create actionable and integrated digital marketing programs (email campaigns, nurture drip journeys, social media campaigns, paid and organic search) to drive high-value leads and profitable revenue through consistent and timely execution of the programs.
  • Identifying, testing, and analyzing email campaign results to garner insights, and implement new strategies to improve click-through, open, and conversion rates.
  • Working closely with agency partners to develop a digital strategy and build out end-to-end digital capability including emails, landing pages, and integration with the Inside Sales team.
  • Partnering with the Creative Manager to optimize the design concepts, content, and layout of all email communications; ensure brand consistency in all email touchpoints including marketing, transactional, and triggered communications.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to develop omnichannel reporting capabilities, encompassing all parts of the marketing funnel, integrating various preexisting databases.
  • Partner with Business Intelligence team on various marketing-related salesforce projects, e.g. program tracking, as well as defining targeted marketing lists.
  • Report out on digital metrics including prospect campaigns, client email communications, webinar attendance, and registration metrics.
